1. Processing Time Orders are processed within 3-5 business days after payment is received. During high-demand periods (e.g., holidays, promotions), processing may take an additional 1-2 business days. You will receive an email notification once your order is shipped.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery location. We offer free shipping on orders over $99.00 within the United States.

3. Shipping Locations We currently ship to the United States only. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages a. Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at essential@evuadessentials.com with your order number. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
b. Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged items and packaging. We will review your claim and issue a replacement if approved, provided the original package is sent back at your cost.
7. Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Evuad Essentials is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for additional shipping fees.
