Evuad Essentials Exchange Policy

Effective Date: October 1, 2024

At Evuad Essentials, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your candle(s), we are happy to offer an exchange under the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility for Exchange:

  1. Time Frame: Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of the purchase date.
  2. Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
  3. Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all exchanges.

Non-Exchangeable Items:

  1. Final Sale Items: Any items marked as final sale cannot be exchanged.
  2. Used or Damaged Items: Items that have been used or damaged after delivery are not eligible for exchange.

Exchange Process:

  1. Request an Exchange: To initiate an exchange, please contact our Customer Service team at essentials@evuadessentials.com with your order number, details of the item(s) you wish to exchange, and the reason for the exchange.
  2. Return Authorization: Once your exchange request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and further instructions on how to return your item(s).
  3. Shipping the Item(s): Please securely package the item(s) and include the RA number. Ship the item(s) to the address provided by our Customer Service team. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  4. Processing the Exchange: Upon receiving the returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria. Once approved, we will process your exchange and send you the new item(s) within 7-10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your new item(s) have shipped.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at essentials@evuadessentials.com with your order number and photos of the damaged or defective item(s). We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either by sending a replacement or providing a suitable solution.
